In addition, Our Center filled chocolate moulding making machine is developed based on the latest technology over the world. Pouring for three times and filling for two times ( crispy nuts and full nuts), it collects baking, moulding, cleaning, vibrating, cooling, demoullding together. With this machine, you can produce pure chocolate, a variety of chocolate with different sizes, fillings, multi-colours and multi tastes. It has the advantages of high productivity, varieties, tidiness and utility etc.

Chocolate Depositing Machine can be used for the production of single color, two colors (left and right, up and down), three colors, big portion central filling, whole nuts filling, crushed nuts filling chocolate products, big chocolate bar and etc. 
3+2 refers to three chocolate depositing heads plus two nuts adding devices. 
It has fully automatic functions of two times moulds pre-heating, three times depositing, one time moulds turning, three times moulds vibrating, three times cooling, de-moulding and conveying. 
Compared to QJJ330(3+2) and QJJ510(3+2) models, the moulds in QJJ275(3+2) move in a horizontal way.

You can choose one head, two heads or three heads moulding line for different products.

The production line is suitable for pure chocolate, center filled chocolate, two color chocolate, four color chocolate, amber or agate chocolate, etc.

Centre filled chocolate depositer machine is a high tech full automatic chocolate machine for chocolate molding. The production process include mould heating, chocolate depositing, mould vibrating, mould conveying, cooling and demoulding. This line has been widely applied in production of pure solid chocolate, center filled chocolate, double-colored chocolate, particle mixed chocolate etc.

The most special features of this line is the flexibility as every parts of this line can be used as a separate part and combine with some other machine.

Depositor usually works with Mould heater,vibrator,cooling tunnel,demoulder, biscuit feeder,sprinkler,cold press machine,etc. It can be a full automatic line or semiautomatic line. Choose whatever function you need to make your desired production line.
